Outpatient Services

Cardinal Clinic offers counseling, clinical social work, psychological services, & specialized services including:

• multidisciplinary services for assessing & treating attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders in children, adolescents, & adults
• individual & group treatment for a range of disorders, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, & dysthymia
• comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, & adults
• developmental evaluations, including evaluations for learning disabilities, cognitive abilities, & emotional/personality behaviors for patients of all ages.

Outpatient Psychiatric Services

Cardinal Clinic also provides psychiatric services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication evaluations,
and ongoing medication management, provided in our Fayetteville office.

Outpatient Therapists

William P. Keeton, Psy.D., Director

• Provides therapy for adults only.
• Specializes in ADHD, brief therapy, affective disorders, panic/phobias, marital/separation/divorce issues, family therapy, borderline personality traits, eating disorders, alcohol/substance abuse, psychological testing, group therapy, & police evaluations. 
• Provides therapy for individuals with religious concerns.

Viviette Allen, LPA, LCSW

• Provides therapy for children ages 5-12 & adults.  Offers individual, family, & group therapy.
• Specializes in ADHD, ADD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, parenting skills, spiritual/religious issues, concerns of mid-life, & cross-cultural issues.
• Does not offer therapy services for conduct disorders, substance abuse, or custody/legal issues.

Angela Edwards, Ph.D.

• Provides therapy to children (including toddlers), adolescents, & adults. 
• Specializes in ADHD, family therapy, psychological testing, women’s issues, marital/separation/divorce issues, depression, anxiety disorders, & substance abuse.   Offers therapy to children who have been sexually abused. 
• Does not offer therapy services for perpetrators of abuse, custody evaluations, or court issues.

Oscar Franco, Ph.D.

• Provides therapy to adults & children, including children under three years old.
• Specializes in ADHD, ODD, conduct/developmental disorders-PDD, autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger’s syndrome, TIC/mood disorders (including depression & bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, OCD, panic/phobias, PTSD, eating disorders, adjustment disorders (including parental separation/divorce), marital/family/child therapy, & school consultations.
• Does not offer therapy services for substance abuse or custody/court issues.

Debra Japzon Gillum, Ph.D.

• Provides therapy to children of all ages.  Offers individual & family therapy & school consultations.  Offers individual therapy to adults.
• Specializes in autism spectrum disorders (PDD, Asperger’s Syndrome, & autism) in therapy & diagnostic evaluations.  Experienced in treating adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, parenting issues, behavioral problems, sexual abuse, eating disorders, & ADHD. 
• Does not offer therapy services for substance abuse, custody/court issues, or couples/marital therapy.

Veda Lydon, MSW, LCSW

• Provides therapy for children ages 4 and up, adolescents, & adults.  Offers couples & family therapy.
