Community Support Technicians

Job Description
You will provide Community Support services within school, home, or community settings for Medicaid eligible clients in southeastern North Carolina (Cumberland, Moore, Hoke, Richmond, Scotland, Randolph, Montgomery, Lee, or Harnett counties). These are part-time, as-needed positions. Hours vary depending on client assignment. Afternoon, evening, and weekend hours are available (particularly well-suited for teachers/school counselors wanting additional income and/or experience). Salary range starts at $9.50 per hour for paraprofessional technicians, up to $16.89 per hour for professional technicians depending on education and experience..

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., special education) and one year of mental health experience with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families preferred (professional technician), high school degree (or GED) required (paraprofessional technician); parent training experience and/or teacher consultation skills a plus. Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are highly desired.

Community Support Case Managers

Job Description
You will provide Community Support Case Management services for up to 15 children/adolescents or up to 30 adults. Services are provided in community, home, and school settings for Medicaid eligible clients in southeastern North Carolina (Cumberland, Moore, Hoke, Richmond, Scotland, Randolph, Montgomery, Lee, or Harnett counties). Primary responsibilities include development and monitoring of the client's Person Centered Plan (PCP), coordination with schools and other service providers, participation in child and family team meetings, supervision of Community Support Technicians, and monitoring client progress towards goals. Opportunities to provide Diagnostic Assessments and school-based therapy available for eligible candidates (Master's degree with professional license). Bachelor's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., special education) with at least two years of full-time mental health experience with children, adolescents, adults and/or families required; Master's degree with professional license preferred. Licensed Psychologist

Job Description
Doctoral-level psychologist to affiliate with our multi-disciplinary, multi-service practice in Southern Pines. In additional to clinic-based and school-based therapy, opportunities to provide diagnostic assessments and some psychological testing are available. There is potential for program development. Participation/consultation with our Community Support Teams will be encouraged.

Requirements
Full licensure in NC preferred, license-eligible applicants considered. Child/Adolescent training and/or experience preferred. Interest in diagnostic assessments and formal testing as well as therapies preferred. Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are highly desired.
